Return Policy

At Dirham Collection, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that occasionally, a purchase may not meet your expectations. To maintain the quality and integrity of our merchandise, we have implemented the following policy:

• No Return Policy: Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
• Shipping Costs on Failed Deliveries: If an order is returned to us due to circumstances declared as a failed delivery by the courier, we regret that shipping costs will not be refunded. If the customer requests a refund for items returned to us, we will refund only the total cost of the item(s).
• Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and valid. Additionally, the customer must confirm that the courier has access to the delivery location.

Please also be aware that some of our materials, especially lighter colors, might have minor marks from our tailoring process.
